But for me it also didn't work to change fan speed untill I pressed the change clock thing, wich you choose your own clocks (Dw, they will stay at fabric clock!!) but then I was able to change it, not before! (gts 250 it should say, if it says something else you should be scared) put off Automatic to Manual.

There's an issue where NVIDIA drivers will report no cuda on secondary cards (I think the issue is with cards having no monitors plugged in or something along those lines).
